A very entertaining day
Kate and William attended a Rugby match. Kate is patron of the Rugby Football Union and Rugby Football League and Prince William has been patron of the Welsh Rugby Union since 2016.

The couple was very animated throughout the match, in which they supported different teams.

William said with a smile, »It’s going to be a tense car ride home for whoever wins. If we win today, my wife won’t speak to me».

On this occasion it was Kate who earned bragging rights for her team after they emerged victorious against their rivals.

The Princess of Wales, who grew up watching rugby with her family, is known as one of the most sporty members of the Royal Family and has taken on her husband in all sorts of activities.
A most flattering look
For this event, Kate Middleton wore a red and white coat that looked great on her.
In honor of Princess Diana
The bespoke coat is a subtle nod to William’s mother, Princess Diana. Diana wore a very similar coat at Sandringham almost thirty years ago.
Under the coat a simple look
Although it was not as much in evidence as the coat, the Princess of Wales wore a black turtleneck dress and thick tights to ward off the February chill.

The princess wore black suede ankle boots, black leather gloves and a small cream handbag.

For his part, Prince William was as elegant as we are accustomed to, with a black suit, white shirt and tie with red and gold stripes.
