In the evening, the King and Queen Consort, the Prince and Princess of Wales and other members of the Royal Family attended the «Together at Christmas» carol service at Westminster Abbey.

This year’s carol service is dedicated to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the values that Her Majesty demonstrated throughout her life, such as duty, empathy, faith, service, kindness, compassion and support for others.

Throughout the service, touches were woven throughout in her honor. At the beginning of the service, a film was shown highlighting how the late Queen’s annual address was the centerpiece of Christmas Day for so many people. King Charles III is now the ruler of this ancient tradition.

For this occasion, Kate Middleton wore again one of her favorite looks, an elegant long coat from Eponine, in burgundy color and that suits her like a glove. Kate has this coat in blue. The piece is part of the brand’s Spring 2020 collection, although the Princess of Wales slightly modified the coats with small changes in the seams and sleeves.
