It was a day in which the monarch’s look did not go unnoticed.

For the occasion, Queen Letizia has rescued a dress in which we fell in love with at the Duke of Edinburgh’s first funeral just a few months ago.

It is a wool dress-coat with a fitted silhouette to the waist and a full skirt, with velvet details creating a contrast on the waistband and cuffs in green, which has become her best ally for this rainy day.

This outfit has been hidden under a black cape with fur collar by Carolina Herrera until they arrived at the Presidential Palace in Zagreb, where we have been able to see the complete outfit. She accessorised her dress with a Carolina Herrera handbag, black Magrit pumps and black gloves.

After the official reception, the King met with the President of the Republic of Croatia, together with the delegations from both countries, and the Queen held a meeting with the First Lady, on childhood obesity and healthy living. They also made a wreath at the Monument to the Homeland in Zagreb.

In the evening they attended a dinner hosted in their honour by the President of the Republic and the First Lady. There, Her Majesty the Queen once again impressed us with her midi-cut navy blue jewel dress with asymmetrical neckline and rhinestone lace detail. A design made in Spain by the A Coruña-based brand Boüret. A dress that we already saw at the Princess of Girona 2022 Awards this summer, held at the Agora Auditorium of the Water Museum in Barcelona. If on that day Queen Letizia opted for a ponytail, on this occasion she wore her hair down, giving it a much more elegant touch. She also gave a nod to Doña Sofía by wearing her diamond and white gold earrings.
